A Place for Your Child to Just Have Some FUN!

*PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL EVENTS*

Open Gym 

​

Open Gym is available to any kiddo that wants to have some fun gym play time!  It is also a time for gymnasts to come and get some extra practice on their favorite skills or routines. An instructor will be working with gymnasts to perfect and teach new skills in a safe but flexible environment.

​

Open Gym is offered on Saturdays from 12:00pm-2:00pm. We also offer additional Open Gym times on Early Dismissal Days for Worcester County Schools. 

This event is for students ages 5-17 years old.

Parents are welcome to stay in our lobby or they may drop students off.

​

Prices: 

$14/hour/child

​

Day Off School Camps 

​

When the schools are closed, we are here to entertain your kids ages 5-13 years. Gymnastics, playground, sports, games, tumbling, and trampoline tricks!

​

Open Practice Rules

ALL participants must have a signed waiver before entering gym.

​

​

➜ No gum, food, or beverages of any type allowed in gym area.

​

➜ No throwing equipment or roughhousing. Participants are not allowed on high bars.

​

➜ Parents, please come in to drop off or pick up your children (age 5+ only). We insist on all children waiting inside for their rides. Please be prompt in picking your child up.

​

➜ To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we reserve the right to remove any guest who is exhibiting improper behavior (yelling/screaming/horseplay/fighting, etc.)

​

➜ Do not try new skills at open practice. Work on skills you know.

Berlin Activities Depot

Preschool Play Area Rules

âžœ The Preschool Play area is for students younger than 5 years old only. Adult supervision is required.

 

➜ All participants must have a signed waiver before entering gym.

 

âžœ Do Not remove mats or toys from the preschool area.

 

➜ Use equipment properly and do not allow your child to pick apart foam or fold mats incorrectly.

 

➜ Please notify a staff member if there are any injuries or if bodily fluids leak onto mats or floor.

Ninja Nation Equipment Rules

âžœ There must be a signed waiver on file for anyone that uses the Ninja Nation equipment.

 

➜ No gum, food, or drink is allowed in the Ninja Nation room.

 

âžœ There must be adult supervision in this room at all times.

 

➜ Use all equipment properly and add extra mats when attempting things you cannot reach from the ground.

 

➜ The warp wall is not a chalkboard. Please do not write with chalk on the warp wall or anywhere else.

​

➜ NO climbing on top of the hanging ladder. The ladder is for hands and hanging only.

​

➜ Take turns and be respectful of others.

Trampoline

Rules

âžœ Only one person on each trampoline at a time.

 

➜ Listen to directions. Make sure you understand what skill you are attempting.

 

âžœ DO NOT exceed your ability level. Ask an instructor if you want to try a new skill.

 

âžœ Avoid bouncing too high or reaching back to catch yourself if falling. Stay in control. No “Horse Play” or “Fooling Around.”

 

➜ Use extra matting when trying to land a skill from the trampoline to the floor. NO landing skills on mats in the pit unless in a class setting with a professional coach.

​

➜ NO jumping from the balance beams or stacking mats to jump to the trampolines.

Pit

Rules

âžœ Foam pits should not replace sound and thorough progressions.

 

➜ Make sure pit is clear of people and objects before entering. No digging holes.

 

âžœ Make sure landing area is properly fluffed. No mats are allowed in the pit, unless during practice with a professional coach!

 

➜ Athletes should enter pit ONE at a time. NO head first entries. Always land on feet, seat, or back as if sitting in a chair.

 

➜ DO NOT bury yourself in the pit. Keep your head above the pit foam.

​

➜ Remove all jewelry and objects that may come off in the pit.
