Before & After School Program
Registration is Open for the
2026-2027 school year!

Serving local schools: Worcester Prep, Showell, OCES, Buckingham, Berlin Intermediate, & Stephen Decatur Middle students from Pre-Kindergarten through age 13.

The school age program operates before school starting at 7:30am and after school until 5:30pm.

Breakfast and afternoon snack included.

Extended care options available (6:45am-6pm).
Public School PreK Option available as well!
3 and 4 year olds attending PreK at a community public school can attend our PreK Before and After School program.
OUR RAIN OR SHINE PROGRAM INCLUDES 1/2 DAYS, FULL DAYS OFF, AND WEATHER DELAYS!

Before Care
7:30 am - 9:00 am
Healthy breakfast served 7:45-8am
Classroom games, puzzles, & art activities are available.
Van and Bus departure 8:15-9:00am
After Care
Van/Bus drop off times vary by school.

Day Off School Care
Children enrolled in our Rain or Shine Program can attend on Days Off School at no additional cost. Students enrolled in the Basic Program can add these days on for an additional cost.
Twisters Gymnastics Classes
Enrollment in Twisters Gymnastics classes offered to BES students at a discounted rate. Contact the gym front desk for more information.
